We had spent a lot of money on big brand coffee machines where the coffee was simply not good, not to say horrible, then one day this little AROMA PLUS with cialde arrived in our kitchen and we finally rediscovered the taste of the real thing. Italian coffee, which shows that in life you should never despair :-) The machine is very practical and does not take up space in the kitchen, our guests are always very surprised to be able to taste coffee like this machine offers, we will buy another new machine for our other house. Thank you AROMA for this plastic-free quality, this machine is a magnificent visual object 😍

My mistake, the email was in spam and therefore I hadn't seen it. Fortunately they contacted me via telephone and I was able to see that they had answered me. Then I can take the car to be repaired Regarding coffee, the machine makes good coffee. All that's missing is the instruction manual that they sent me after the request for assistance via email.

Recently purchased the Aroma Plus Inferno version with 98 degree thermostat, a solid, elegant and compact machine. It makes great hot, creamy coffee. Contacted a few days after purchase by Customer Service to find out how I was with the machine, an attention I had never experienced before. Congratulations for your attention and kindness.

Don't spend hundreds rather than thousands of euros (as I unfortunately did) on machines that have the presumption of doing everything and then make a mediocre coffee, very diluted that it makes even the most famous aromas pale. The "Aroma" coffee machine was recommended to me by a coffee producer, I bought the Aroma Inferno and I am thrilled. Thank you very much!

Beautiful and excellent coffee. I discovered this company through YouTube. I was looking for a pod machine and I didn't want the classic disposable Chinese machine. Aroma is an Italian company that stands out not only for its design but also for the components used for the machines which are completely made of steel. The water bottle is made of glass and therefore much more hygienic than plastic.

I purchased an Aroma Plus, what can I say... small size, elegant design and above all an excellent creamy coffee. The brass pod press ring is easily adjustable by rotating it and is very useful for correct pressing of the pod. Due to a problem with the delivery pump I was directed to an assistance center in Casarano which carried out the repair, without any expense and very quickly. I am very satisfied and I thank the manufacturer and the center that carried out the repair. Excellent assistance!

The machine I purchased is the Aroma Plus, with a 95 C thermostat. - First of all I'm talking about the pre-purchase service: very available via email for any clarification, and I have requested several. Definitely "human" customer service, which is a plus for me. -The machine itself arrived in a very well packaged package (I live abroad and had to travel a lot). What can I say: excellent workmanship, with that hand-made feeling (as it is). -How it works: it's simple, it works well, it's particularly quiet (the Nespresso I had before seemed like a diesel engine in comparison). -The coffee I tried was their Carditello blend, and several blends from the Borbone family. With the thermostat at 95 it's right for me because I love a particularly creamy and strong coffee, but I'm sure that the standard at 93 degrees is equally valid. -Making a comparison with the Nespresso that many (including myself) are used to... I'm sorry for Nespresso, but the comparison leaves them at a loss. That's a "fake" coffee, for playing. This is a real coffee, which can be measured with a coffee from the bar. -Design: I really like it; minimalist, very compact, elegant, attracts attention but with discretion. The only flaw, these black plastic buttons...two nice metal switches would certainly be more up to the mark. The visible glass "bottle" water tank is definitely a touch of class, and for me, being single, 700ml is perfect (the water should run out in a short time and be refilled, the stagnant water in the machine it makes seaweed :) ). -I can't speak about durability, I've only had the car for a short time; it certainly has a very solid appearance, but I am sure should you need assistance, the Aroma family will not fail to help given their already proven availability. I give 5 stars without thinking twice.
